隨著使用時間的增長,齒輪油泵會出現(xiàn)泵油不足,甚至不泵油等故障,主要原因是有關(guān)部位磨損過大。齒輪泵的磨損部位主要有主動軸與襯套、被動齒輪中心孔與軸銷、泵殼內(nèi)腔與齒輪、齒輪端面與泵蓋等。潤滑油泵磨損后其主要技術(shù)指標達不到要求時,應(yīng)將其拆卸分解,查清磨損部位及程度,采取相應(yīng)辦法予以修復(fù)。。
在液壓傳動系統(tǒng)所用的各種油泵、控制元件和執(zhí)行元件中,相對運動件之間都有很好的配合表面,其配合間隙都很小。工作液中如果混入污物被帶進這些配合問隙,就會劃傷配合表面,破壞配合表面的精度和光潔度,使泄漏增加,甚至會使相對運動件之間卡住,例如閥芯在閥體內(nèi)卡住,造成液壓元件的動作失靈.工作液中混入的污物還可能堵塞液壓元件中的阻尼孔和縫障式控制閥口,使液壓元件不能正常工作,產(chǎn)生噪音和振動. 工作液中的污物還會使工作液變質(zhì),失去原有的性能。此外,水分進入液壓系統(tǒng)也是有害的,。因為水分混入工作液中會使工作液產(chǎn)生乳化現(xiàn)象,降低其潤滑性能。增加其酸值,使工作液變質(zhì).因而縮短工作液、油泵、控制元件等的使用壽命,并使泄漏增加.。
